Protos Verdejo is made from 100% Verdejo, a typical Rueda variety. The grapes come from vineyards located in La Seca (Valladolid). These are planted on south-facing slopes, with the intention of taking advantage of the sunshine, necessary for the optimal ripening of the grapes.
