The Tank No 26 Appassimento Nero D’avola IGT of Camivini is a very dark, varietal Nero D’avola with purple hues on the rim of the glass. It has an intense perfume of balsamic notes of dried fruits, such as currants and prunes. In addition there are significant, spicy aspects.
The palate holds is highly concentrated, very rich in extracts, but it has also enough acid in order not to let it taste jammy and dull. In long reverberation especially dried fruit flavours and a nice touch of chocolate delight the palate.
