Delivery Service

Deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday and will usually occur between 11.00 am and 4.00 p.m. If ordered after 1.00pm, the delivery will take place the next working day but may take up to 48 hours. 

Deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays cannot be guaranteed and will incur a surcharge; please contact us at  info@latouchewines4u.ie  for details. If there is nobody to accept the delivery a note will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery.

Our minimum order quantity for wine purchased online is 6 bottles. You can mix as many different wines as you like in your order to make up this six.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know, contact us by Email: info@latouchewines4u.ie or Phone: 01-2873826

Please advise us of any other order issues within 5 days of dispatch. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been notified within this time period. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or when we have sent you an incorrect item, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
